Custom-made products ordered through NOCHme

Products ordered through NOCHme are manufactured by Marketiger B.V. Where a product is made according to your individual specifications—such as a design, image or file you provide—or is clearly personalised, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

These custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. This exclusion applies from the moment the contract is concluded, including before production has started.

Order changes and cancellation requests

To request a change or cancellation, contact support@marketiger3d.com as soon as possible, quoting your NOCHme order number.

For custom-made or personalised products, we will assess whether your request can be accommodated based on the status of your order. Any voluntary cancellation, associated costs or refund will be agreed with you before proceeding.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Your statutory rights remain unaffected if your product is faulty, damaged on delivery or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

Please contact support@marketiger3d.com with your NOCHme order number and a description of the issue. Where possible, include photographs to help us assess the problem.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair or replacement free of charge, or a price reduction or refund where the legal conditions are met. We will cover necessary return shipping costs for valid claims.
